Ok so yes these people have either been accused or convicted of a crime but even they deserve to be treated like a human being not an animal. People made to sleep on the cold concrete floor price gouging indifferent uncaring guards and even some making cruel unsolicited remarks. I'll be damned if I keep my mouth shut on this. First thing Monday morning I'm going to be on the phone to the ACLU asking for help leveling a lawsuit against them.
