I purchased my last two cars at a dealership within 10 miles of my house. All I can say is they were sort of adequate which isn't much but they were close. This time I reached out through the internet to see what buyers were saying about the dealerships they had purchased from and ran across Ft. Bend Kia. Every review was very good and with multi star ratings. (That alone made me suspicious as that's nearly impossible in the Real World) The only reason I took the trouble to drive over 50 to give them a try is I spoke on the phone to Javier Gonzalez who sounded honest and fair which usually never exists with a car salesman. When I arrived there just before a huge rain storm, Javier and I talked about the car I wanted which took about 15 minutes and he had exactly the car and color I wanted but had a few additional up grades and since I had come that far he sold me the car for the amount he stated over the phone. He ran out in the storm to get the car in make ready while I was in the finance office signing all the papers. Maranda Martin (F&I) manager was very professional and helpful and I was very impressed with all the people at the dealership. They will be my dealership forever and I am recommending them to my family, friends and all of you reading this review. All I need to say is Take the time and take the trip and deal with Javier and Maranda you wont be disappointed. Things really are better in the country (Rosenberg.)
