DYNASTY POOLS & SPAS .. is a Family owned business I m glad I found.. Vincent ( Vicente) Erica, Kevin & Jose know their business . It s very unique these days to find true honest people to help & guide you along the way re: things your not too sure of. Any questions were answered 100 o/o. They ll give you different options re: their products.. ie: Stabilizer.. Algaecide..Chlorine..Filters ..Pumps etc.. The Showroom is really nice with Product & samples of their inventory..also it s very clean and organized. If you do call, you ll get a very nice lady answering the phone.. Louisa. If the person you need isn t available.. she ll take a message, relay it to the proper person ..& you ll get a quick call back. At DYNASTY POOLS & SPAS.. you DO get a person ..to talk to..not just an answering service that s takes too long Or ..calls back w~in 24~48 hours.. that s the Way It Should be.. person to person.
