I recently engaged with a recruitment firm, and I found the overall experience to be quite average. While the website was user-friendly and provided some helpful insights into the industry, the communication from the company was not as prompt as I had hoped. I also found that the range of available opportunities was somewhat limited, and I had to put in extra effort to find relevant openings. On the positive side, the staff members were polite and professional in their interactions. However, I believe there are areas where the company could improve to enhance the customer experience and offer a more comprehensive service to its clients.
