The basis for an establishment of this type is to provide a quality of service .. my experience is as follows: 23/07/2019 we arrive around 14h indicating wanting to have a drink and a dessert on the terrace .. we are directed to the terrace of the bar .. we receive the card and we finally fall for tapas + cocktails + dessert .. the coffee table is not practical to eat the waitress at the bar offers us to sit at a table on the terrace at the restaurant ( at 5 meters from our coffee table but at a real table) .. but first you have to ask the authorization of the head of the restaurant ... and there, categorical refusal! Yet there were only 3/4 tables occupied in the restaurant .. and all the others were already prepared ready to welcome someone .. I do not know if it is for laziness or contempt ("bar customer" ) but next time we will go to the Fairmont!
