The consultant Kent was terrific. He met me at my house during the construction phase to discuss my needs and determine the best security and sound system. He was informative and patient as I evaluated options. The install team was great. I had two issues, one not all the equipment was available at once so it required two visits. The second was the security system sent faulty alarms three times on two separate nights with no explanation.
