Although the surgeon and his team were great, staying here has been a disaster for my loved one. The air conditioner here does not work. The food is seriously lacking in nutrition and the staff changes make it so that there are large gaps of time you can t get anyone to help. The bathroom had pubic hair all over on the floor and the towels and such were full of pills... paper towels would have been softer. This is our third bad experience here over the course of five years. Just go to Wake Med. Demand that your surgeon perform there or switch doctors.
