I field cold calls for major craft brewery. Today I received one seeking contact information so a sales rep from GE Intelligent Platforms could talk to us. The sales rep's name is Pete Walker, but I didn't catch the name of the rude man calling on his behalf. I receive many, many calls like this week and this one was memorably terrible. The man was disrespectful, condescending, and seemed to have no knowledge of his product or my company. We will not be working with GE.
