We have always been a Ford family. We stopped at Shottenkirk to look at a van we had viewed on line. It was clear early on, that customer satisfaction is a priority at the store. They listened to our needs, and our wants. They presented us with options and were very clear in their explanations. We have had dealings with many dealerships in town and have often been mislead and let down. That was not the case here. Griffin and Paul were great! They were very patient. Griffin was the last to leave. We decided to make a purchase at the end of a long day. They took care of paperwork, detailing, and setting everything up. It was nice to have a company who cares about each client and wants to earn and retain business. We will definitely look to Shottenkirk in the future for our car buying needs! Thanks again for a great experience.
