I am very disappointed in the policy at Flex. I have had 2 shipments and happy with the product, for the most part. They work most of the time, but I can't rely on them for heavier days so it kind of defeats the purpose. My issue is that I received a shipping email to my promotions and magically the confirmation and payment to my regular inbox. Very convenient that they now can't cancel the order. I also requested to have my sub cancelled and they said I would get an email confirmation. That did not happen. I want my $25 back and no more flex discs. bummer because I wanted to try the other products, but your customer service failed me. So, if you have any issues once you spend your money. Don't expect any real help.
