By FAR the absolute best sushi restaurant I have ever been to in this town. Not even close to be honest. From the cool, fine dining atmosphere, to the unbelievably courteous and friendly staff, even if the food wasn't so great I still would've felt compelled to leave a review. But the food! Omg the FOOD!! Sushi rolls were super creative, fish was remarkably fresh and delicious, service was expeditious and spot on correct (even and especially our many customizations. And by our, I mean my friend who can't seem to just order from the menu), and even the desserts were phenomenal. The owner and chefs came to the table repeatedly to make sure we were happy with everything the whole time. And that's something you so rarely experience around here these days. Outstanding experience all around. Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu options! They even have a room (at no additional charge) for private events, an outdoor patio, and a full bar area where you can enjoy some pre-dinner cocktails while you wait for a table. HIGHLY highly recommend for everything from dates to business dinners, and/or special events. I would give this place 10 stars if this app would let me. Well done Kaizen. Very well done.
