By far the worst unprofessional Finance Company I have ever delt with. I was charged a LDW fee for over several months while having insurance with an outside company. Foreman refuses to credit my account for these charges as well as late fees that accumulated due to the fees. I have talked to several different Customer service reps from Managers to posing Supervisors yet to have the matter resolved. My contract with Foreman should have been officially paid off 2-3 months ago. The price continues to fluctuate from $600-$1000 that s owed (so they say) However because of these miscellaneous charges I am now reflecting a negative rating on my credit report in which during the 42 month contract I had only received 1 late payment negative report against me. Now I am down 81 points and counting on credit and there threatening to repo my car over LDW/ and or late fees. When all actuality I should be receiving my title and reflect a positive rating on my credit. I have contacted the better business bureau and they deceived that paper work and response. This company is unethically trained and have no morals when it comes to Customer Service. My next attempt to call the media so Foreman Financial can be exposed in likes of letting the general public know not be bamboozled by this cricket company. My rating would had been a zero but was only allowed to make review by putting a 1.
