The first time we came, we were a bit confused because the map application (google map) directed us to the lobby which is connected to the BIP mall. The lobby only had stairs so we had to lift our luggage which was fortunately not too heavy. It seems that the hotel has to coordinate with the map application to direct it to a lobby that is more friendly to guests carrying heavy luggage. But that's all our complaint.

Other things related to this hotel are very satisfying for us. Strategic location in the city center, so it's close to everywhere. The staffs are also very friendly and alert, be it the staff in the reception / lobby area, dining room, etc. The breakfast food is quite varied and tastes delicious too. The swimming pool is spacious and clean, consisting of a children's pool and an adult pool. The water is not too cold, it's really nice to swim there. The fitness center also has a variety of sports equipment, there are also several treadmills so you don't have to queue to use them.
