Brought my mother into er at 1:30pm. Advised around 4 they were admitting her. It is now 8:11. Still in er, waiting for a room. This is sad. She has had nothing to eat. Said they can't because of stomach pains, but caused by possible sodium imbalance. Needs meds but can't give without admitting Dr permission, even though they are her regular meds taken when not in hospital. Blood pressure meds past due. Arghhhhhhh
