Repeated emails from Connor Dawson to my mother's email address addressing her, even though I have replied to ask to A) be unsubscribed and B) to inform that my mother has passed away.

This firm clearly has no policy on how they handle data within the confines of the law as they ignore repeated requests to be removed from their mailing list
