The staff are the best that I've come across. While waiting in the lobby for my daughter I was greeted and asked if there was anything I needed. Another person offered me water as I waited. Coming out of my room earlier, a housekeeper asked if I needed anything and wished me a good day. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
