We have to call for 2 days until the 15th to "request an extension"- they will only do one day at a time and it usually extends across the weekend. Can't make it in to pay in person either so there's an additional amount to the bill.

Customer service sucks too. I called to dispute a late payment made on time and she was snotty and rude .

The online payment sometimes goes through, but they don't send out an email? No letter either, just a "courtesy note" that we have 4 hours to pay that day or they're shutting our water off, which is then 2xs our usual bill.
