Hi Everyone ,
I usually don't write poor feedback for any business but this time I faced a situation where I need to tell everyone about this company. So two employee of this company 1 . Manish Ranjan 2) Akash Maheshwari ( Co founder) . Manish took interview asked me to code in front of me and provided him working solution and then in between asked me questions which I answered all well. Round 2 was again technical discussion I answered her all questions correctly. Not a single answer I answered wrong also coded live the working calendar widget in front of her. After this I was very sure I am selected But then Manish asked me to develop a Auto parking app in angular 8 with having all functionalities working. I did that in my late night 2 am and submitted in git and shared the git link to him. After a week when checked with HR , I got feedback that " SENIOR KIND OF STUFF WE NOT FOUND IN CANDIDATE " so we are rejecting. This is something ridiculous and pathetic behaviour specially from MoveNSync team. I want to know what is that " Senior Stuff " and on what ground they measure candidates credibility. I think these sort of startup bring bad remark to all startUps in India , and hence we hesitate in joining any startup. I hope and pray to god such things should not happen with any other candidates.Dear candidates please be aware of such nasty situations which takes your precious time and more of that other offers which we hold , may slip off your hands.
