Customer Service should be called Customer Diservi...

Customer Service should be called Customer Diservice! These people made it as difficult as possible to terminate service. Did it anyway. Am much happier with Dish.

And for those of you remaining as customers, c9mplain about your bill, and threaten termination. When I did, they took $30 off tv, and internet & phone were $10.

Also, I put 8n disconnect request, and they cancelled it and then billed me for another cycle!

These people have their heads up their sphincters!
