It is family friendly place to go. They have child care service while you are working out in the gym. They have soul cycle type of exercise room and also pilates room/exercise room that has mirrors all around. This facility is quiet old looking and not big but it is affiliated with Lompoc aquatic center and if you are member of YMCA, you can use aquatic center also.
