I had the EXACT experience that Abbey had and wish I would have read reviews before booking. You would think that after multiple identical complaints a business owner would look at making some changes.

Beyond Abbey s experience, my brows were done in 30 minutes and drawn crooked. The girl who does my lashes very sweetly asked me if I wanted a recommendation for someone who could fix my brows (without me saying anything at all about them.) The correction costed twice the amount that I paid for Courtney s work, and the girl who did the correction said they were some of the worst she had seen.

My valid questions and concerns for Courtney were met with hostility. I was told I would receive a refund for the touch up that I chose to cancel because I didn t want to finish the process with her (she offered the partial refund), but was blocked on social media and Venmo after I sent a Venmo request for the money I d been promised but never received.

While chatting with Courtney at my appointment, I found that she has a full time day job and just does a few appointments in the evenings/on weekends to make some quick extra cash. I think the way she has structured her business - quick appointments that take a fifth of the time that most brows take, followed by blocking those who don t like what they get in their 30 minutes in order to avoid losing money on refunds and corrections - is a flawed plan that seems to be catching up with her very quickly. I hope others will learn from my experience and seek brow work elsewhere.
