Truly awful customer service from service departme...

Truly awful customer service from service department, car booked for 2.30 waiting appointment for first service and enhancement double booking made by call centre to do this, not possible to do both so now have to go back again and leave car. No phone call or text message the day before to confirm booking at which time this could have been discussed, at least this time got phone call to say vehicle was partly complete, paper work was just given to me no explanation nothing about all the papers handed over. there is something clearly wrong in the service department as regards procedures and keeping customer informed. This will be my last BMW from this dealer.

Went back for the enhancement to be finished on my car today 16/7/18, what a difference in customer service dealt with quickly, courtesy car ready to go, updated through the morning car ready at time requested. Ed went through the health check explained all the paperwork and even walked me out to my car. Excellent service today well done.
