Never had a wonderful car buying experience such as this before. Eric was a awesome as anyone could be. He was super friendly, easy going not pushy, and incredibly knowledgeable. Eric could see that my son was a very responsible young man and was an impetus for helping him obtain a decent finance rate with Mike. Mike also explained extended warranties, what was good and what was unnecessary. John was great in explaining the extras that help preserve and protect aspects of the vehicle. At the end, Eric took time to familiarize my son with his new vehicle, so he could handle it more assuredly on the way home. I am certain my son will continue to enjoy his 2016 Honda Civic Touring for years to come. As a side note, I want to thank the owner for having an area for customers to hang out, have some coffee and snack while waiting during different intervals of the process. It not only adds a personal touch, but puts customers more at ease. Kudos guys and keep up the good work!
