OMG! GORDANA saw my disabled body on the seventh floor, limping to my room with an injury I received here two days ago, and carried my items to my room. She brought me ice for my injured knee, and comforted me in a scary time while on vacation...her compassion and confidence meant everything to me. My one complaint, your guests need UBER in the front for convenience...I could not walk to the back, i am injured and disabled. My only option was the taxi...why do the more expensive choices get priority rather than the guest priority? What about the disabled guests?
