It's hard to believe that there are this many 4 and 5 star reviews of this place. The highlight of our trip was the room which was excellent. Everything else paled in comparison. The cafe was equivalent to a mid to medium-high priced restaurant anywhere else. The food was well prepared and tasty but $110 plus tip for a couple of entrees and an appetizer and a couple drinks seems a little much. Wait staff was sufficient but nothing memorable. Nothing is priced low here...be prepared to spend and spend. Even a bottle of water in room room will cost you $20. Take care not to disturb the in room beverage bar. The slots were tight and will happily extract your hard earned dollars. Even small payouts were hard to come by. Floor staff was nearly non-existent during our stay and obtaining even a bottle of water was impossible. I have stayed at the Venetian as well and while it compares price wise it far surpasses this place in customer service. That would be my next choice for a return visit.
