No way to speak to anyone, the prerecorded message just takes you round in a loop.

messaged via the website - no reSponse.

The delivery day came and went, messaged again, no response.

Its now 3 days after delivery was due, contacted again and tried phone again, no response.

The website claims they are up and running, the voice recording claims all orders will be processed and shipped this week. Well, its Friday and still no responses and no answers and no excuse.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS! - Contacting my bank to get refund.
