Lovely hotel & location, but noisy! Would have given this a much higher rating but the sound proofing is terrible - I can listen to conversations in rooms on the floor above me and next to me, and sing along to music coming from outside the building. I also hear people stomping around on the floor above.

Recommendation- request a room at one of the ends of the hotel and on the top floor (4th).

Location is amazing - walk everywhere downtown. Parking is $8 in lot, $11 valet (enter and leave as many times as desired). Free street parking is 2 hours, but does not include Saturday night through Monday morning (8am).
