Going on my 5th year treating my skin to facials and micro-penning, lash extensions and getting Botox from Advanced Skin and Body Solutions. I love the "non-stuffy", fun yet professional enviroment and Ive always been happy with my treatments and of course my simple yet wonderful cup of Joe on my way out.
However, this review is about microblading which I just had done 2-weeks ago by Tawyna. What intrigued me the most about this new technique was the fact its not PERMANENT and If I choose a different shape in a year or 2 (different for everybody) I could.
Tawyna starts by asking questions regarding what you like and dont in eyebrows and goes from there by drawing the shape of your NEW BROWS. Puts numbing creme on them and you are off to the best looking brows ever!!! Tawyna is an artist, she has the eye for what brow shape compliments your face. While doing the treatment she asks several times to sit up, check them out, fix anything you don't like. We now are a TEAM doing my brows and I felt she was listening to me and I was in good hands. She told me they would be sore, gave me Aquaphor to put on them, and to be honest I was only sore like an hour later and that was it. Im so happy with the time it saves me NOT having to do my brows every morning or re-apply after shower/swim/workouts. There will be a follow-up visit as well.
