I was somehow directed to VelaPoint agent Sam Arazio to find insurance to satisfy my legal requirement to have health insurance. Sam signed me up for a plan with Manhattan Life. I'm now being told that the plan did not satisfy my legal requirement to have insurance. So now I'm out over two thousand dollars and will not be receiving a 1095 and I assume will be fined on my taxes. This company is a predatory scam agency.
