TV inop. Room phones inop. No clock in the room....

TV inop. Room phones inop. No clock in the room. Large convention with known attendance and only one restaurant was open at a time. 30 minutes to place an order and an hour to get your food. Understaffed. Ran out of salad by 7pm but open 24 hours. Guess they don't know how to go to Publix. Convention rooms were stifling hot and the hotel did nothing. At least 80 plus degrees. Woke every morning with stuffy head like many other conventioneers. Mold or some type of allergen? I'm a diamond member at Hilton and this is a very disappointing property. It is in desperate need of a gut job. I used points so at least it didn't cost me anything.
