It was a rainy day and I scheduled a ride with Carmel months in advance. Not only did they not come pick me up, but when I called customer service multiple times to get my money back, no one resolved my issue. They told me they would get back to me but days have passed and no one has reached out to me. I have yet to receive a refund or any other compensation.

VERY DISSATISFIED with this company. You are better taking a taxi or uber.
