I am not one to leave reviews but I have not had a good experience with Bluebonnet Jeep. I've been trying to take my car in to get fixed for over a month. I've requested a loaner car multiple times because I have to commute to work and they keep blowing me off. I've called for weeks and they never answer. Since the service department never answers I have left numerous polite voicemails asking for a call back and they never do. I finally got in touch with someone before the 4th of July and they said someone would be reaching out to me that following Monday or Tuesday. It is Thursday and still no call back. I've been continuously following up and today was finally put on hold for someone from the service department to give me assistance. After being on hold for 30 minutes I knew they weren't going to take me off hold. I understand being busy, especially during COVID, but the way I've been ignored and passed off has been very unprofessional.

I've been extremely patient and understanding but I finally gave up. I called Jeep in San Marcos this morning and they allowed me to take my car in today to be looked at and even gave me a ride to where I needed to be. I am so appreciative of their customer service.
