At nearly $500 CDN p/night this was disappointing....

At nearly $500 CDN p/night this was disappointing. There were maintenance issues with the room, outdoor area around the hot-tub was dirty, room was dark and not that clean. No information provided from the check-in clerk, just the keys. This place is worth maybe $200 p/night and only because it's in Canmore. Wouldn't stay here again.
