Really professional, efficient and very friendly welcome. The room (we were assigned a different room than the one originally planned, without explanation) is spacious, comfortable and airy, with a magnificent view of the Matterhorn. There is a small terrace with no particular charm. A small downside, the access to the room is from the outside, with long passages and a crossing of icy corridor. In the restaurant, a little dated setting, with many deer trophies, the name of the hotel requires. Friendly and attentive service. Very good dishes. Pleasant shaded terrace.
