Horrible customer service. I had purchased a new ceiling fan in a few years back and the motor finally went out. I have been trying to contact anyone I can to see about getting a replacement or fix motor. everyone I have contacted that sells Westinghouse products say that they are impossible to get ahold of and only can be reached by email. which I have also emailed multiple times and never get a response. Definitely seems like once they sell you the product you're out of luck for any other assistance beyond that, what a shame.
