Dave Howell provide excellent and easy service for a latch problem with our Jeep. Our insurance company referred us to the facility as a preferred vendor and I wasn't sure since it was not our brand. However, Dave was efficient, friendly and made the process surprisingly easy. He certainly went above and beyond our expectations. I hope we don't need a collision center again, but if we do - we will certainly return based on how Dave treated us.
