I contacted Reeder Company LLC and spoke to an agent named Debra to set up an appointment to view a rental property located in Crown Point, IN. During our first phone conversation, she said she could schedule it at 2 pm on Wedsnesday but advised to call to confirm in the morning. When I called her on Wednesday morning, she told me that she has an appointment she couldn't cancel and she doesn't want to get caught in the traffic (their office hours - 9 to 5) so couldn't meet me on Wed. So we agreed to meet on Thursday at 4:30 pm. Around 2 pm on Thursday, I found the listings for this particular property has been removed from three websites I originally found the listing. I called her to inquire about the availability of the property. She told me that the property is still available but she couldn't make our appointment because she has a doctor's appointment - the earliest she could show me the house was the following Monday. She didn't have a courtesy to call me to cancel the appointment earlier (she was already informed that I was traveling from out of state).
