I ve worked hand and hand with this company for a while and have figured out they do not treat their employees well. Especially the managers, the managers are run into the ground to the point they treat their techs like garbage and not real employees.

Teach your managers how to treat people and you ll keep good employees! Until then, this company has no chance of survival with the amount of disrespect the upper level puts out.
