Metric Motors recommends customers visit this Facebook page to leave reviews after receiving service, or in our case, lack of service. In short, we got charged nearly $400 and they didn't resolve the check engine light. They charged $96 per hour. After excuses, they said they'd schedule us in when they have time... it's been well over a month now. Ultimately, we decided to go elsewhere and got the issue fixed. We are adding our experience first so that others are warned. Utah and Utahans deserve better.
