It's been almost a year and a half since I joined ...

It's been almost a year and a half since I joined Fit 1 Bootcamp. Since then Len has incorporated significantly new routines, added more equipment and fitness classes for women and kids. This place is growing and every workout I attend is challenging. I am proud to be a part of this community! Kudos Len!
