I checked out the station's web page because I was looking for a follow up link on a story I'd heard live on the newscast. I did find the link to the story, but not the link mentioned IN the story for further information. After several minutes of frustrating searching, I gave up and searched online away from the station's web page to find what I wanted.
It came up on the first hit.
I concluded that the webpage is designed to keep one reading and not easily provide the information from the 'link on our webpage' as is so often mentioned.
As I a result, I will not waste my time on such efforts n the future.
On the plus side, I appreciate the News content on the broadcast.
This station has resisted a bit better than others, the temptation to fall into social media traps, and fill their 20 minutes with frippery.
The weather coverage is a bit better also. But...
I would like to ask that the 'weather reader' not go out on so many walkabouts and spend their precious few minutes on community events, instead of the forecast, so we can decide if we wish to go out or stay in. A meteorologist does the weather and is not an event planner.
My review is mixed. Therefore, I'm giving a 'middle' rating.
