Service Dept: Told us they were ready to start loo...

Service Dept: Told us they were ready to start looking at our car immediately, came back from a 20 minute test drive and the car hadn't moved from right in front of the service door. Took twice the time that was estimated for them to do all these checks and analysis that ended up not fixing the problem and I discovered a few days later that it was just a battery cable had come loose. Dissapointed.
