Brought my system for repair, needed a new harddrive. Was also talked into downloading their "Malware bytes", suggestive sale($35+tax) of course watching TV on my lap top was difficult, the program would pop up a window all the time. I had my computer in there a second time because it froze, when I got it back it was all scratched up, they forgot to return my cord and had no good answers for me. Here I am now 3 months later and again, my harddrive...I believe do to the constant malware program burned it out...over heated. Something but, now I'm out of a system and the company won't fix it for me. I wouldn't refer an enemy to them...
