To the Authorities of the Islas Malvinas Airport, ...

To the Authorities of the Islas Malvinas Airport, Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina.
As an Argentine living abroad a decade ago and having my family in the area near Rosario, Santa Fe, I felt very grateful to see the airport grow and see how it began to offer more international flights. For the first time in 11 years I traveled to Rosario through COPA Airlines via Panama.
On my return flight, CM 806 on Sunday April 08, 2018 at 1:26 am, knowing Argentina and other airports, I preferred to avoid dispatching luggage, but I decided to give this new airport a chance, which I thought was doing the best to attract customers / companies. To avoid any confusion and prove to my family that Rosario could be the same as any other Argentine airport, I decided to keep receipts for small things that I had bought.
When I picked up my luggage at the final destination, I noticed that the weight had decreased.
Obviously, the luggage was opened and a lot of things were taken from the interior.
It really is a shame that the airport authorities turn a blind eye to these things or perhaps receive bribes as we are already used to in Argentina.
This is what identifies the Argentine abroad and that is why I am sometimes ashamed to say where I am originally from to avoid comments such as: thieves, salesmen, etc. The value of the things stolen is not what motivated me to write this comment, what motivated me was the internal discomfort I have that our airport is equal to all and we continue to ruin our reputation.
Unfortunately these people exist and the airport authorities hide it or receive some kind of benefit (this is nothing new), please share your experiences so that the authorities / employees stop stealing and stop making us look bad in front of everyone.
