WATCH OUT WHEN YOU WALK IN THE DOOR THE PRICE YOU SAW ONLINE WILL HAVE 2-4000 DOLLARS ADDED TO IT!!! We saw a price online for a car that we would like. And when we walked in the door they wanted to charge 3000 extra dollars for the car right off the bat. And then once we had negotiated a final price sales manager who we had briefly met before came in and told us our deal was valid. The general manager did call me a little while ago to try to clarify everything and ease my worries about the dealership. Which I greatly appreciate and he was a nice guy. But the fact remains that on a big price item like that any fees and taxes need to be included in the price. Because they can easily exceed $1,000. We would have paid the price the car was advertised at. The dealership wouldnt have lost money. Im sorry but i know theres a fairly large profit margin from dealers selling a used car. Loosing a $11,800 over some fees and taxes wouldnt be worth it to me to loose the repeat business and customer satisfaction someone gets feeling like they got a good deal. Would love to change this to a happy review if we could just get the car for what it was advertised at.
