Stunning views, a beautiful room and every undeserved creature comfort. We were served by excellent customer service before, during and after our stay. This hotel and its staff offered all the kindness and efficiency one would hope for in a hotel, such as the Fairmont San Francisco.

Their suggestion to visit Uncle Vito s pizza was spot on as well. Best pizza we ve had, maybe ever.

The location is perfectly charming and accommodating with Union Square and the Embaradero nearby but not overly fussy or limiting to taxi s only.
