We have had the ECOsmarte system for our pool for 3 summers now, going into our 4th. I did a lot of research in preparation for getting our pool and at the time I was looking for a system that did not use chlorine. Initially I was leaning toward salt, however, I learned that salt gets converted into chlorine and it wasn t as safe as I first thought it was. That is when I found ECOsmarte. It sounded perfect, however I was a little skeptical. I decided to call to get some more information. After speaking with a very nice gentleman I knew this was what we needed. It is super easy to set up each season (as well as the initial set up) and it is very easy to maintain. Any time I have a question all I need to do is call. The customer service is unreal. You get a live person with each call, not automated! Everyone there is very knowledgeable about the system and is always very helpful. They take their time explaining why something might be going on with the water and they always know how to fix it. They are super helpful and never make you feel rushed or make you feel silly for not knowing what to do. Top notch customer service and top notch system. I always recommend ECOsmarte to friends as well as to our local pool supply store. Can t say enough good things about it! Nice clean water and no chemical smell. Makes me feel good knowing my kids are swimming in clean, chemical-free water.
