I rang up to confirm an appointment to take an oath regarding some documents. I was told to ring back the next day because they didn't know what the charge was. When I rang up I was passed to a solicitor and he told me that he would not carry out the request because he didn't know if he'd be in the next day!! I didn't understand what he meant and asked him to explain. He said he wouldn't discuss it over the phone and that I should go back to the person who drafted the document. It clearly states on the website that they carry out these requests!
It was the strangest phone call I've had!!
