Residents with cars and kids get most of the attention from the unpredictably attentive staff. If you don't plan to live there full time, it's just not worth it. Dillworth Plaza looks great from a distance, but there are constant events (i.e. noise and traffic). Lots of homelessness. Rarely get service staff to answer phone (except the front desk)
...and now you can walk around without masks! Doormen talking to their buddies, checking their phones... this would NEVER stand in a first class residence in a first class city.
