Unfortunately I have to give a negative assessment for my last experience: I called a day before asking for information on no gluten and I replied that there were no problems for sandwiches and that on the menu there were salads ... Yesterday as soon as I entered I went to the bar to ask if there was actually the gluten-free sandwich and they said yes. After an hour I went to lunch taking a salmon salad (10 euros) and then I wanted to get a sandwich but they told me they did not have it ... Disorganization at the highest levels. At the end of the day I wanted a latte macchiato but I saw that the spear was full of encrusted yellow YELLOW ... Poor cleaning.
The pools are very relaxing and quite spacious BUT many families do not understand that the baths serve primarily to relax and bring groups of children to scream. I understand a few strings or two ... But at least tell them to shut up. No one followed the instructions of the staff for silence and no one observed the rules displayed in every corner: telephones, buzzes, people who ate at the edge of the pool ... It is absolutely not acceptable in a place like that. I recommend going away from parties. Very bad experience.
The changing rooms are the hottest area of all because the outdoor pools are heated yes ... But they are cold for those used to the spa. In addition, the locker rooms are equipped with hair dryer MA only women have the hair dryer ... The male changing rooms have the vents similar to those found in common bathrooms and must be attached to the wall to dry. and for those who are tall (I'm 1.90 tall), it has to be bent to dry.
